Description
We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system, supporting sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring data integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM system for the SEA region.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in leveraging HubSpot tools effectively.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM tools and features, including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
