The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational support roles
- Hands-on experience usingHubSpot CRM is non-negotiable, including contacts, companies, deals, workflows, reporting, and CRM data management
- Strong experience managing CRM data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and operational processes within HubSpot
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management and workflow tracking platforms
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle processes, and revenue metrics is highly preferred
- Experience with HubSpot integrations, Zapier, Apollo, Clay, or related tools is an advantage
Your Daily Tasks
CRM Operations & Data Management
- Perform daily CRM hygiene tasks in HubSpot: update contact/company/deal properties, merge duplicates, and clean stale records
- Maintain and update manual fields across HubSpot objects based on defined processes and SOPs
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across HubSpot and Monday.com, flagging discrepancies and resolving them proactively
- Execute bulk data updates, imports, and exports while following strict quality-control procedures
Reporting & Workflows
- Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards that surface key revenue metrics for stakeholders
- Create and manage HubSpot workflows to automate repetitive processes (e.g., lifecycle stage transitions, task creation, notification triggers)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to translate operational needs into CRM configurations
Governance & Compliance
- Enforce data governance policies: field-level permissions, naming conventions, and property standardization
- Manage Monday.com boards for operational tracking, ensuring items are up to date, assigned correctly, and compliant with internal processes
