About The Role:
Are you passionate about driving growth through strategic marketing StickmanCyber is looking for a HubSpot/Campaign & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be the operational engine behind our demand generation and marketing automation efforts, driving consistent lead generation, marketing operations excellence, and brand visibility through strategic campaign execution, CRM optimization, and data‑driven insights.
What You Will Do:
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute multi‑wave inbound and outbound campaigns
- Manage email sequences, lead re‑engagement, and closed‑lost outreach
- Coordinate paid campaigns and partner initiatives
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Build and optimize marketing workflows and automations
- Manage contact segmentation and lifecycle tracking
- Proficiency with HubSpot campaign automation, minmum 1 year experience with HubSpot campaign execution
Event & Webinar Marketing
- Coordinate webinars, roundtables, and executive events
- Manage registrations and follow‑ups
- Coordinate with partners such as Google and Microsoft
Brand Visibility & Content
- Manage LinkedIn company and executive branding
- Coordinate newsletters for prospects, SOC, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain G2 profile and client reviews
Performance Reporting
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and funnel health
- Provide data‑driven recommendations
Experience with event management and coordination
- including venue selection, ,merchandise, AV, branding and manage speaker and guest invitations, confirmations, and event communications.
