職務内容:
Job Description
- Supervise import, export, transit operations and customs clearance to maintain on-time performance and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Plan and arrange staff roster to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and achieve the hub cost plan
- Supervise and control transit operation and payload air feed cost to utilize aircraft space while maintaining cost effectiveness
- Perform operations according to MOP; review MOP for import/export/transit operations to cope with business and operation changes and enhance productivity & effectiveness
- Provide training to all staff to ensure staff perform their job according to MOP and safety work methods
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree holder in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline.
- More than 4 years of related experience, with 1 year in management level, preferably from transportation, logistics, or Airlines industry and in MNC.
- Good command of English (both writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge of airlines/cargo/warehouse management.
- Familiar with international air routes.
