Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
- Build and maintainApex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Perform system integrations using Salesforce APIs and related technologies.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and project teams to deliver solutions.
- Document technical solutions, configurations, and development processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling activities.
- Successfully transition to client deployment and provide technical support as required.
Hire, Train & Deploy Program- Complete structured Salesforce technical training and assessments.
- Gain hands-on experience through practical exercises and simulated projects.
- Develop knowledge of Salesforce development tools, standards, and best practices.
- Participate in mock client scenarios and project-based activities.
- Upon successful completion of training, be deployed to a client project based on business requirements and skill level.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience inSalesforce Developmentor a strong foundation in Salesforce technologies.
- Knowledge ofApex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and database concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce certifications such asPlatform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Administrator.
- Experience withSalesforce CRM implementations, integrations, or application development.
- Familiarity withGit, DevOps, CI/CD, or Salesforce DX.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
