Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes and enhance user experience.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing ServiceNow HRSD implementations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and capabilities, recommending enhancements to existing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations and integrations.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
- 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems using various integration methods and tools.
- Proficient in designing and implementing automation solutions within ServiceNow.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes and functional domain experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- ServiceNow certification (CIS) in HRSD is highly desirable.
- Good Analytical and Designing skills
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
- Well versed with Agile process, excellent organisational & troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
