Job Description

A professional with demonstrated experience and knowledge within their own discipline, while continuing to develop an understanding of related functional areas. This role involves completing specialized tasks under moderate supervision and applying established guidelines, policies, and procedures to address day-to-day challenges. The incumbent leverages job-specific expertise and knowledge gained through professional experience or advanced education to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and resolve problems effectively.

The individual continuously expands their understanding of the organization, its processes, and customer needs, contributing to the overall success of the team. They may provide informal guidance and support to less experienced colleagues and are expected to have a regular, moderate impact on team performance. In addition, the role requires effective collaboration and the ability to build influence with stakeholders while working under general direction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project manage, execute, and/or support global and local compensation programs end-to-end, including STIP, SIC payment processing, LTI, LPBC, and other compensation initiatives.

  • Serve as Tier 2 escalation support for Compensation and Talent Management matters, managing cases assigned by the Service Center.

  • Assess and report on process status and service delivery performance, conduct gap and root cause analyses, and support quality and compliance management with a focus on continuous year-over-year improvement.

  • Manage compensation program cases logged by HR customers and provide support in data management, reporting, and transactional services.

  • Process local pay structure changes, including LPD, and support other country-specific or local compensation processes.

  • Launch, monitor, and troubleshoot system or process issues related to Talent Management and Performance Partnership processes and cycles.

  • Audit and maintain compensation-related data, including absences, business assignments, and other relevant records, ensuring data accuracy throughout the year.

  • Support Hypercare activities and process improvement initiatives for annual compensation cycles.

  • Provide support for additional projects and initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, as requested.

Job Qualifications:

  • Shared Services experience required.

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly with Workday.
