We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HRIS Specialist to work onsite at our facility in Paraaque, Philippines. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for all employee HR-related inquiries and be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of our employee data systems.
What You'll Do:
- HRIS Management: Accurately process all employee changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers) in the HRIS. Ensure all employee data is correct and compliant.
- Employee Support: Handle a high volume of employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and payroll through our ticketing system (FreshService).
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy within the system, helping to keep our HR records clean and reliable.
- Administrative Help: Support the administrative side of core HR programs like benefits enrollment and leave tracking.
What You Need:
- Experience: Solid background in HR administration and managing employee data.
- HRIS Skill: Must have hands-on experience using an HR Information System (HRIS). UKG experience is a major plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable and experienced using a high-volume ticketing system (like FreshService) and general HR software.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills to clearly and professionally respond to employee inquiries.
- Focus: A proven ability to manage high-volume tasks with great attention to detail.
