As an HRIS Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our People Operations team, focusing on HR Information Systems, Data, and Analytics. You will leverage your skills to support internal business services projects, utilizing your understanding of complex systems to deliver impactful solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be instrumental in driving the success of HRIS initiatives, contributing to the seamless integration and optimization of data-driven processes.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipate the needs of your teams. Responsibilities
- Phenom (CRM) and Workday (Recruiting module) are the primary focus of this role, with a wider scope for other related applications supporting recruitment and onboarding activities including, First Advantage (pre-hire Background Checks), Criteria Corp (Employee Pre-employment Testing) and Feedback Exchange.
- Act as a functional subject matter expert for system capabilities, advising on best-practice use of system functionality, continuous improvement and enhancements including prioritizing, planning, UAT/regression testing, release support and change management activities.
- Strong curiosity to self-drive own learning and investigation into system knowledge, market information, and relevant business understanding to enhance their own ability to succeed.
- Managing and optimizing HR Information Systems to support internal business processes
- Coordinating HR technology projects and confirming alignment with organizational goals
- Analyzing data to improve HR processes and decision-making
- Implementing process improvements to enhance HRIS functionality and user experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver HR technology solutions
- Conducting data cleaning and quality checks to maintain accurate HR records
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights
- Supporting HR project management activities, including planning and execution

- Providing HR consulting services to internal stakeholders to address HRIS needs
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Phenom and/or HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems is required
- Worked as a Recruiter for 2-3 years as a minimum ensuring strong understanding of business process. This experience could be focused on in-house experienced hiring or Early Careers roles (graduates, high school, vacationers and interns).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and show vision of system / enhancement opportunities bringing them on the journey and communicating technical information in an easy to understand way for non-technical individuals
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
