Job Description

Manpower Ph is looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to join our team and drive successful HR technology projects, implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in HRIS/HCM, HR technology, project management, systems implementation, consulting, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on exposure to HRIS/HCM systems and a deep understanding of how HRIS solutions support HR processes and the employee lifecycle.

• Experience managing or participating in end-to-end HRIS implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, transformation, or system delivery projects.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, including employee data, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits, performance, reporting, and related HR operations.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to translate HR and client requirements into practical HRIS solutions and actionable project deliverables.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and explain HRIS concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working with clients or business stakeholders on requirements, solution discussions, issue resolution, negotiations, project delivery, and implementation decisions.

Must Have:

• Deep understanding of HRIS/HCM functionality, including workflows, business rules, forms, reports, dashboards, data, integrations, and system processes.

• Proven ability to oversee projects from initiation and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, implementation, go-live, and stabilization.

• Experience acting as a client-facing project lead or key point of contact during HRIS delivery and

implementation.

• Ability to answer client questions regarding HRIS functionality, system capabilities, process impacts, integrations, and possible solution approaches.

• Ability to provide informed recommendations on how an HRIS solution can be configured, structured, or utilized to better meet client requirements.

• Ability to oversee troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis and resolution of HRIS, integration, data, process, or project issues.

• Ability to identify system gaps, inconsistencies, risks, dependencies, and requirements that may have been overlooked.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, HR Operations, IT, HRIS, vendors, implementation partners, and client stakeholders.

• Strong experience with requirements gathering, project planning, issue and risk management, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with at least two to three client-facing HRIS projects or implementations, including direct exposure to client discussions, solution delivery, negotiation, and implementation outcomes.

• Ability to understand technical discussions and work effectively with technical resources without being required to develop or code the HRIS solution.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with different HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms.

• Experience with DB Pro or similar database-management tools for data validation, queries, troubleshooting, or system investigation.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other HR analytics/reporting tools.

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.

• Experience with HRIS implementation, migration, integration, or transformation projects.

• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, access controls, and HR information security.
