Job Description

Data Analyst HRIS

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Reports To: HRIS Manager

About the Role

This role plays a key part in generating workforce insights, identifying trends, and delivering meaningful reporting to support business decisions. Working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, the Data Analyst will translate data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and define data and reporting requirements
  • Prepare workforce reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data
  • Deliver timely insights and follow up with stakeholders on outcomes
  • Present findings, recommendations, and trends to business leaders

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Apply statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights
  • Investigate and resolve data anomalies
  • Support ideation, implementation, and review of data-related requests
  • Maintain and improve workforce data quality

Data Governance & Security

  • Review data security requirements before sharing analytics outputs
  • Ensure adherence to data quality, integrity, and governance standards

Systems, Dashboards & Projects

  • Support development and deployment of dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
  • Assist with HR data initiatives and major data-related projects
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of organisational data assets

Experience & Skills

Required

  • 2+ years experience in data analysis or reporting roles
  • Experience manipulating and analysing datasets for business reporting
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
  • Understanding of data quality, integrity, and security principles
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills

Advantageous

  • Experience using Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • IT, HR, or HCM/Cloud system qualifications or experience
  • Exposure to project coordination or delivery
