Job Description
Job Summary:
The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for all employee data within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), which is UKG and ADP. This role will assist in the day-to-day operation of the team by answering phone calls, emails, and providing information and assistance to all our employees. The HRIS Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding Clinicians and Internal employees into UKG, perform data clean up, and supporting the HRIS team. This role will assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system releases and upgrades. The HRIS Coordinator will provide general support to the organization and HR functions, including payroll, compliance, benefits & compensation, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Work as the System Analyst for our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) while assisting in the daily operation of the HRIS team by responding to phone calls, e-mails and providing information and assistance to all our employees to include log-in questions.
- Responsible for onboarding Clinicians and Internal new hires into UKG.
- Responsible for understanding HR project needs to provide functional and technical support for modules including iCIMS, Onboarding Gateway, Payroll, Benefits Prime, and Core.
- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HR system releases, upgrades, and patches. Collaborate with functional and technical team to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HR system documentation associated with system modification and/or improvements.
- Provide support to super users including researching and resolving HR system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs
- Act as an advisor to the firm on best practices for system setup that help support the business process.
- Perform data entry as needed, such as monthly audits and reporting
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year in US HRIS administration, or 3 years of cumulative US HRIS experience
- Hands‑on experience with UKG strongly preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. I‑9 compliance required
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with UKG and ADP systems preferred
- Any specific background checks / requirements - Standard MSG background check
- Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Must be open to working on a U.S. time zone schedule
