Your Role

As a HRIS Analyst, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and configurations of the Workday HRIS platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of system integrations between Workday and external vendor platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting).
  • Conduct regular data audits of employee records to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and data security.
  • Build, generate, and analyze standard and custom HR reports to provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Configure HRIS modules, business processes, workflows, and security role settings to optimize user experience.
  • Provide technical support and system training to HR team members and internal system users.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement system enhancements, including the automation of routine HR tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration mappings, and change logs.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • HRIS Platform Experience: 1–3 years of experience maintaining and configuring an HRIS platform, with a strong preference for Workday.
  • Integration & Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to manage data mapping and troubleshoot software integrations across different HR systems.
  • Analytical Reporting & Data Audit: Solid data skills, including comfort using Excel (functions and data manipulation) to audit data and build reporting packages.
  • Strict Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive personal and organizational data with absolute discretion.
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills/expertise

  • Prior experience specifically handling Workday Business Process (BP) configurations and security group assignments.
  • Background in data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks related to employee records management.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a history of driving HR process automation.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple configuration projects simultaneously.
