About This Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Analyst II to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday system, with a focus Benefits and Absence modules. Experience or familiarity with US Benefits – Open Enrollment is a plus. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes and delivering system-based solutions aligned with our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Workday functionality, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles BAU Requests such as but not limited to:
- Report Request – New Report, Modify, Schedule
- Creation of Organizations (Supervisory Organizations, Cost Center, Locations)
- EIB Processing, Loading and Validating
- Provide How to guidance to the business
- Knowledgeable in Business Process – Familiarity on how BP is constructed, Validation Rules, Business Policy
- Familiarity with Compensation Review
- Job Profile
- Compensation Plans/Package
- Merit, Bonus and Stock Plans
- Complex Calculated fields
- Talent and Performance
- Performance Templates
- Talent Cards
- Nbox Reporting
- Workday Report
- Understand various types of Workday Reports, ability to create based on Business Needs.
- Understand how Calculated fields are build and configure
- Requirements Gathering – confident in connecting with the business for Business Requirements.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Workday HCM. Pro certification is an advantage,
- Can create/modify Reports, Calculated Fields, Eligibility Rules, Validation Rules
- Familiarity with Annual Review Process
- Familiarity with Talent and Performance
- Understand Workday ecosystem
- Work on minimal supervision
- Can present self with confidence with the Business Users
- Can speak confidently in English
