Work Location:Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City(Remote)

What is your mission

We are looking for anHRIS Analystto manage Dayforce configuration, troubleshoot system issues, maintain data integrity, build reports, support integrations, and partner with HR and IT teams to improve HCM workflows. You will analyze workforce data, manage security, enhance processes, drive automation, and support upgrades, ensuring seamless system functionality and user experience across all people systems.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Serve as the Dayforce subjectmatter expert responsible for system analysis, configuration changes, updates, and enhancements
  • Troubleshoot HR technology issues, resolve incidents, or escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain data integrity across all HCM systems and monitor integrations to and from internal/external systems
  • Oversee administrative functions including system security, business process management, integrations, and upgrades
  • Provide daily break/fix support for Dayforce and other people systems such as Skilljar, Recognize, Betterworks, and Beekeeper
  • Develop, generate, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, datasets, and analytics to support HR and business needs
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Support compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, government filings, audit data requests)
  • Implement fixes for configuration, file feeds, workflows, and system-related issues
  • Maintain HCM role permissions, security access, and auditing
  • Partner with HR and Shared Services to create user guides, training materials, and process documentation
  • Conduct user training on new features, processes, and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current processes, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide technical support to HR and end-users, serving as primary point of contact for people systems
  • Recommend, configure, and implement system enhancements to automate and streamline HR processes
  • Lead or support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing cycles, and system implementations

Who are we looking for
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ yearsof HRIS administration and configuration experience in enterprise HR systems
  • 1+ yearof handson experience with Ceridian Dayforce configuration or implementation
  • 2+ yearsleading HR/HRIS projects, process improvements, or system enhancements
  • Experience designing and developing custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Strong technical knowledge of HCM workflows, integrations, security roles, and configuration logic
  • Familiarity with people systems such as Skilljar, Recognize, Betterworks, or Beekeeper (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, system analysis, and HR technology support
  • Aboveaverage written and verbal communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problemsolving abilities
