Job Description

Job Summary:

The HRBP (Team Lead) oversees daily HR operations, with a focus on benefits administration. This role ensures accurate processing of employee benefits, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective handling of employee concerns. The position also involves team supervision, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise HR Senior Analysts and Analysts to ensure the timely and accurate completion of daily tasks
  • Oversee end-to-end benefits administration, including both government-mandated and company-provided benefits
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable regulations)
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with external vendors, insurance providers, and government agencies for benefits processing and updates
  • Support communication and rollout of new or updated company benefits, policies, and programs
  • Review, validate, and process employee movement requests (e.g., promotions, transfers, salary adjustments) and ensure accurate system updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems
  • Perform audits and prepare reports related to benefits and HR operations
  • Support HR projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Process Manager or HR Head

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience with a strong background in benefits administration
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Experience handling employee relations and benefits-related concerns
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Amenable to work on-site in Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Stakeholder management and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll/benefits systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment
  • Exposure to high-volume HR operations
  • Background in process improvement or HR analytics
