JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic HR support.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Analyze people metrics and recommend solutions to improve organizational performance.
HR Generalist Functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
- Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)
- Identify training and development needs through regular consultation with leaders and employees.
- Partner with business units to create and implement capability-building programs.
- Facilitate leadership development, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support organizational development projects focused on employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and organizational interventions.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace concerns and conflict resolution.
- Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and employee relations practices.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support labor relations activities and ensure compliance with labor standards and regulations.
Talent Management & Performance Management
- Support performance review cycles and coaching initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
- Partner with leaders to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Assist in succession planning and talent review discussions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
- Strong background in HR Generalist functions, including employee lifecycle management, policy administration, and HR operations.
- Experience handling Employee Relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders is highly preferred.
