Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus):

  • Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including needs analysis, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand team dynamics and strategic goals, providing timely and effective talent acquisition solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

HRBP Support & Employee Operations:

  • Assist in driving employee engagement and team-building activities by planning and organizing events that foster a sense of belonging and collaboration.
  • Participate in employee communication and basic relationship maintenance, helping to identify HR-related needs within business teams.
  • Support daily operations and office management to ensure a positive employee experience and enable team productivity.

Administration & Office Operations:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including space planning, workstation allocation, office environment maintenance, and fixed asset management.
  • Manage administrative service vendors (e.g., property management, cleaning), including selection, contract supervision, and performance evaluation.
  • Handle office supply procurement, related expense reporting, and basic data analysis to optimize operational costs and efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HRBP support, recruitment, or generalist/administrative roles in large corporations. Hands-on recruitment experience is required.
  3. Proficient in MS Office and similar tools; good data processing and analytical skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, team-oriented, results-driven, responsible, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  5. Curiosity about business operations, strong learning agility, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance HRBP and operational roles effectively.
