Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Lead to be a key addition to our team in the Philippines. The HRBP Lead serves as a key partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and ensuring that people strategies align with organizational goals. This role involves talent management, engagement and performance management while fostering a positive work culture. 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Strategic HR Partnership:  
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making. 
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: 
  •  Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement. 
  •  Support retention strategies by analyzing attrition trends and implementing action plans. 
  • Performance Management & Leadership Development: 
  • Guide leaders in setting performance expectations and driving a high-performance culture. 
  •  Support leadership development programs and coaching initiatives. 
  • Change Management & Organizational Development: 
  • Support business transformations, cultural shifts, and organizational changes. 
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. 
  •  HR Metrics & Reporting: 
  • Analyze HR data and trends to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. 
  •  Provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce productivity. 

Requirements: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnership
  • Preferably strong engagement experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Willing to work onsite (1nito Tower, Cebu City / JDN, Mandaue City
  • Philippine Passport holder only
