Job Responsibilities
Enforce company policies in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Prepare incident reports for employee violations.
Advise team leaders and managers on disciplinary actions.
Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Manage payroll, benefits, leave approvals, and records.
Monitor attendance, work hours, and payroll adjustments.
Coordinate with HR/HRBP on goals and process improvements.
Support performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company processes.
- Labor Relations & Compliance
Serve as the point of contact for labor-related concerns.
Represent The Company In DOLE-related Matters When Required.
Ensure HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws.
Stay updated on labor laws and communicate changes to the team.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or Labor Relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
High emotional intelligence for handling sensitive situations
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
