Job Title: HRBP Associate for Talent Acquisition

Location: Paranaque

Job Summary

This role is responsible for performing all aspects of recruitment and staffing for the company. The Talent Acquisition Associate also conducts other Human Administration tasks and ensures the implementation of assigned projects, as may be given from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Assist in sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for a variety of roles
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers on next steps
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of talent and proactively identify potential candidates
  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including tracking applicants and managing job postings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition best practices
  • Support onboarding of new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
