Lead the service delivery process documentation for Project Workbrite (HR Transformation/SuccessFactors implementation project); oversee the full lifecycle of the Program from design, build, and launch to scaling of all HR workstream services throughout the Firm.
Serve as testing lead - coordinating across workstreams being implemented; provide service to the QA Manager to ensure that processes are documented and systems are reflected in the process outline; coordinate with the stakeholders, work with regional leads and Talent Management contacts to ensure requirements are met
Work with the Change Manager for needs to support the project; (next round recruiting and onboarding. etc.)
Requirements:
Strong background in SF or any HR cloud solutions with QA testing experience, can drive meetings and lead people. Must have learning agility.
Experienced HR professional, and project manager and has strong learning agility, and can lead and support multiple workstreams
Can interpedently execute/implement; has experience/ability to lead meeting and projects and work with PMO; can manage stakeholder engagement and sign off; lead process work and process validation; process maps and SOPs efforts to ensure reqs are documented
