Job Description
As an advisor in the people and organization space, you will primarily support the following activities:
- Human resources and organizational due diligence (HRDD), including the assessment of organizational structures, human resources practices, labor matters, and pension schemes during the in-deal phase of M&A transactions.
- Design of executive compensation programs, core HR systems, HR operating models, pension and insurance programs, and employee benefits in the context of post-acquisition integration/separation or internal group reorganizations.
- Organizational culture transformation and change management initiatives arising from post-acquisition integration/separation or internal group restructurings.
- Advisory services related to organizational and people strategies in preparation for post-investment or post-restructuring environments, including the development and implementation of initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience in one of the following areas:
- Advising on HR strategy, organizational design, labor relations, pension systems, and other HR-related matters in a consulting environment, either domestically or in cross-border projects (experience with HR consulting firms is preferred).
- Providing advisory services in people and organization-related matters, including transaction services, within an advisory firm.
- Experience in HR planning or corporate planning functions within a corporate organization (experience in business turnaround, PMI, organizational transformation, or HR-related project management is preferred).
- English – Professional/Conversational
- Japanese - N3/N2/N1 Certified
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with a self-driven, positive, proactive, and accountable mindset.
