About The Role
As an HR Technology Intern, you will contribute to improving HR operations through workforce analytics, reporting, and service quality enhancement. You will support the creation of dashboards and reports for Employee Experience and HRMS initiatives while helping maintain accurate data.

About The Role
As an HR Technology Intern, you will contribute to improving HR operations through workforce analytics, reporting, and service quality enhancement. You will support the creation of dashboards and reports for Employee Experience and HRMS initiatives while helping maintain accurate data.
What You'll Do
- Develop dashboards and reports for workforce, Employee Experience, and HRMS metrics.
- Review, validate, and organize HIRO ticket data.
- Maintain reporting files, trackers, and supporting documents.
- Analyze trends and recurring service concerns.
- Prepare analytics summaries and process documentation.
- Currently pursuing Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related degree.
- Target Start Date: October 2026
- Can render a minimum of 300 hours.
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
- Experience with Python, SQL, spreadsheets, or data visualization tools.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and automation.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
