What You'll Do

  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labour practices, ensuring compliance with regional labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team by overseeing day-to-day HR operations, driving effective collaboration, allocating tasks strategically, and supporting overall team performance.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning through workforce forecasting, talent gap analysis, and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, goal setting, evaluations, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training and development needs, develop HR training programs, support professional growth within the HR team, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

What You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience managing HR teams and overseeing day-to-day HR operations within the EMEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA labour practices, employment laws, HR compliance, and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, talent management, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience handling employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and performance improvement processes.
  • Background in training and development, including creating learning programs, supporting employee growth, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
