Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee HR technology system configurations and integrations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
Provide guidance and supervision to HRTS team members on HCM system implementation and maintenance (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow).
Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HRTS team, setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to strengthen system knowledge, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, labor laws, and data security standards.
Perform Additional Duties As Required To Support Organizational Goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR technology within a large healthcare organization, ideally in a hospital setting.
Master's degree is preferred.
Proficiency with HRTS platforms (Workday, UKG, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
