Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain various HR systems such as HRIS, recruiting system, learning management system, performance management system, case management system, etc.
Responsible for implementing new HR systems, configuring applications, building system workflows and creating business processes
Provide technical support to functional/HR admin users, as well as employees/end users of various HR systems; handle access management and troubleshoot system issues
Handle system change requests and facilitate the change control process; review change requirements, facilitate change approvals, implement changes in test environment, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deploy changes to the production environment
Automate HR business processes utilizing HR systems and other software applications or technologies
Develop process workflows in HR systems and related systems to streamline operations, minimize errors, and improve data flow between systems.
Perform root cause analysis of system disruptions, implement corrective actions and share lessons learned with the team to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
Experience as super admin or system admin of HR system/s is required for this role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a computer-related course.
At least 1-3 years of experience in administration and management of HR system/s
Experience in the development and implementation of HR systems, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management tools, recruiting system, learning management system, and related software.
Experience with Orace HCM and/or UKG Pro is strongly preferred.
Experience in HRIS migration/implementation is an advantage
Proficient in SQL/MySQL
Experience in web creation (HTML,CSS)
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365 applications (including SharePoint, Power BI, Publisher is a plus)
Experience in reporting tools like IBM Cognos, Power BI etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Developer Mode, Macro, Visual Basic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (3PM to 12MN)
Must have good internet connectivity at home to accommodate current work from home set-up and must also be willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center
