HR Systems Data Analyst (SAP HCM) | Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with HR practitioners to maintain the integrity of HR master data within the HR system
• Perform data profiling, data patching, corrections, and rectifications to resolve data issues
• Analyse operational and system-related data issues and provide consultation and resolution recommendations
• Coordinate with data owners to perform sequential deletion and insertion of HR events to ensure data integrity
• Prepare data reports, dashboards, and statistical summaries for management or authority review and endorsement
• Support end-to-end operational activities including data validation, troubleshooting, and testing
• Maintain and update system documentation such as SOPs and data catalogues

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology or systems support roles
• Good knowledge of information technology, particularly HR systems such as SAP HCM ERP or HCM SaaS platforms
• Good understanding of data structures and data design within HR systems
• Ability to propose and implement effective solutions for data rectification
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis iis good to have.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data analysis functions)
• Good planning, coordination, and organisational skills
• Team-oriented, responsible, and conscientious work ethic
• Resourceful, independent, responsive, and proactive mindset
