Job Description:
HR Systems Management
- Administer and maintainHR platforms(e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP) including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) across all HR systems.
- Perform routine audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Integration & Automation
- Develop and manageintegrationsbetween HR systems (e.g., HRIS ATS payroll) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Automate HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, benefits enrollment) via scripting (Python, PowerShell) or low-code platforms (e.g., Lark, Zapier).
Technical Support & Optimization
- Resolve Tier 2/3 issues related to HR systems, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalability improvements.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Evaluate new HR technologies, lead implementation projects, and drive adoption.
- Propose system enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Has 3 years administeringHR systems(e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll platforms).
- Hands-on experience withAPI integrations, SQL databases, and data migration.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and system security best practices.
- Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, payroll, performance management).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) or cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience withLark automationor similar workflow tools.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for HR analytics.
