Job Description:

HR Systems Management

  • Administer and maintainHR platforms(e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP) including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) across all HR systems.
  • Perform routine audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.

Integration & Automation

  • Develop and manageintegrationsbetween HR systems (e.g., HRIS ATS payroll) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Automate HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, benefits enrollment) via scripting (Python, PowerShell) or low-code platforms (e.g., Lark, Zapier).

Technical Support & Optimization

  • Resolve Tier 2/3 issues related to HR systems, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalability improvements.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Evaluate new HR technologies, lead implementation projects, and drive adoption.
  • Propose system enhancements to improve efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Has 3 years administeringHR systems(e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll platforms).
  • Hands-on experience withAPI integrations, SQL databases, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and system security best practices.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, payroll, performance management).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) or cloud services (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience withLark automationor similar workflow tools.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for HR analytics.
