Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Supervisor role based in Sibulan. The HR Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintenance of employee records in accordance with company policies and local labor regulations. This role will support managers with performance management processes, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures while promoting a fair, inclusive, and compliant work environment. The HR Supervisor will coordinate HR programs such as training, engagement activities, and benefits administration, and will prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership. The role will also involve reviewing and improving HR processes, ensuring consistent application of policies, and serving as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries on-site.

Qualifications

  • Strong human resources operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in performance management, coaching supervisors, and supporting conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in the local jurisdiction.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to handle HR data, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and work with HRIS or related HR tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in HR, preferably within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated environment.
