Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support employee relations and ensure compliance with labor standards. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner, handling administrative cases, advising stakeholders, and maintaining a fair and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end HR support with a focus on employee relations and case management
  • Handle administrative and disciplinary cases, including serious offenses
  • Conduct fact-finding investigations, including interviews and evidence gathering
  • Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Decision (NOD)
  • Facilitate administrative hearings and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Advise managers on disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and legal risks
  • Interpret and enforce company policies consistently across departments
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and case records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Monitor case trends and provide insights to support HR and business decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in employee relations and case management
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
  • Experience handling administrative cases (NTE, hearings, NOD)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in HR operations (onboarding to offboarding) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Sprout) is a plus
