About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to support employee relations and ensure compliance with labor standards. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner, handling administrative cases, advising stakeholders, and maintaining a fair and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support with a focus on employee relations and case management
- Handle administrative and disciplinary cases, including serious offenses
- Conduct fact-finding investigations, including interviews and evidence gathering
- Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and Notices of Decision (NOD)
- Facilitate administrative hearings and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Advise managers on disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and legal risks
- Interpret and enforce company policies consistently across departments
- Prepare reports, documentation, and case records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Monitor case trends and provide insights to support HR and business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in employee relations and case management
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
- Experience handling administrative cases (NTE, hearings, NOD)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in HR operations (onboarding to offboarding) is an advantage
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Sprout) is a plus
