HR Supervisor (SM Lanang Premier)

Implements and otherwise ensures proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as, enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

• At least five (3) years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist, preferably two (2) years of which is exposed to writing or development of policies, procedures and guidelines or recruitment.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• Graduate of Bachelor in Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in Human Resources
