Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Supervisor role based in Jasaan. The HR Supervisor will oversee daily human resources operations, including implementing HR policies, monitoring compliance with labor regulations, talent recruitment, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves managing employee relations by addressing concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Supervisor will coordinate performance management activities such as goal setting, evaluations, and development plans in collaboration with managers. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, organizing HR-related training, preparing HR reports, and advising leadership on HR best practices and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, including experience supporting end-to-end HR operations.
  • Proven HR Management skills with the ability to supervise HR processes, coordinate with department leaders, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, including handling concerns, facilitating discussions, and promoting a respectful work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Management, including setting frameworks, supporting reviews, and monitoring employee development.
  • Solid understanding of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage, particularly within the Philippines regulatory context.
  • Commitment to fairness, confidentiality, and inclusive HR practices that support a diverse workforce.
