Job Description

We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented HR Professional for our affiliate company, Stileitalia Inc. located in Nicanor Garcia St., Makati City. This is for DIRECT HIRE.

Stileitalia is the exclusive distributor of Poliform in the Philippines, Stileitalia Inc. is now home to a curated selection of luxury furnishing from world-class brands like Flexform, Lualdi, Tribu, Torterolo & Re, Barazza, Vistosi, and Roll & Hill.

SALARY OFFER: Php 28,000-34,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:

  • Manage employee records (201 file), including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the database.
  • Manage recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Manage and assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days.
  • Manage payroll processing, managing employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or soft copy) accurately.
  • Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies.
  • Be the Point of Contact of the showroom in the absence of Sales team.
  • Manage petty cash system.
  • Organizing filing of records: sales invoice, check and cash vouchers, delivery receipts, etc ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
  • Other functions/tasks may be delegated by the President.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory level .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Knowledge in payroll systems and HRIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
