BTI Payments (Philippines) is looking for an HR Strategy & Development Manager to help shape how we manage performance, develop talent, strengthen organizational capability, and build a more engaged workforce.

This is a Manager-level Individual Contributor role - ideal for someone who enjoys leading strategic HR initiatives, solving organizational challenges, and turning ideas into measurable outcomes rather than managing a team.

What You'll Own

  • Performance Management System administration and KPI cascading
  • Succession planning and leadership development programs
  • HR analytics, dashboards, and workforce insights
  • Employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
  • HR policy development, governance, and process improvement
  • End-to-end strategic HR projects

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience in performance management, talent development, workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, or related areas
  • Demonstrated ability to develop HR dashboards, executive reports, and presentation materials that support business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience developing HR programs, frameworks, or organization-wide initiatives
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop policies, executive presentations, and business reports
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
