Graduate of any 4 years course, Preferably psychology or Human Resource mgt. graduate
Preferably With Experience / Exposure In HR Functions
With back ground in Hiring and recruitment process
With experience in training and development is advantage.
Responsibilities
Assess training needs across departments and roles.
Develop and update training materials and programs.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Maintain training records and prepare reports.
Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps.
Manage relationships with external training providers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Facilitate onboarding training for new employees.
Promote continuous learning and professional development.
