Job Description
- Should be able to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for HR functions and duties.
- Helps with the information dissemination on policies, programs and assists company officers/managers with HR issues.
- Provide assistance in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
- Able to maintain employee files and HR filing system.
- Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties.
Knowledge Of
Basic HR function and procedures
Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
Methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, record keeping and filing
English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
Pertinent labor laws, codes and ordinances
