Job Description

The Human Resources Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of HR-related tasks. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of timekeeping and attendance records, including validation and submission for payroll processing.
  • Handle reporting and compliance with government agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR, including the submission of required documents and reports.
  • Manage the accurate and timely recording, encoding, and monitoring of HR-related data, including employee records, leaves, and benefits.
  • Conduct new employee orientation to onboard new hires effectively and ensure understanding of company policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Draft and prepare memos, letters, and other internal or external communications as needed.
  • Assist in the issuance and documentation of disciplinary actions, ensuring proper adherence to company policies and due process.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for employee records and other HR documents in compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Ensure deadlines are met with a high level of accuracy for all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide support in the efficient daily operations of the HR department, including employee queries and other concerns.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior or HR management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in general HR functions is preferred.
  • Knowledge of government regulatory requirements related to employment and benefits.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good sense of responsibility and strong initiative to perform the job.
  • Highly organized and with an ability to do multi-tasking job
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
