  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime to support payroll processing and HR reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain employee timekeeping records.
  • Handles government benefits processing and ensures compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations.
  • Administer and maintain all compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and allowances
  • Analyze internal job structures and assess compensation equity across all levels.
  • Design and implement employee benefits programs that enhance overall employee well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with local compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR management to create compensation policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions and initiatives efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of the government-mandated benefits: SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth contributions/loans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • With knowledge of handling payroll.
  • Skills: Data Analysis, documentation, and calendar management.
  • Willing to work in EDSA Muoz, Quezon City
