Job Summary
Responsible in the Payroll and Timekeeping management of employees.
Job Assignment: Makati Head Office. 100% onsite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course or equivalent experience and training
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Payroll
- Knowledgeable in Compensation & Benefits administration and related end-to-end processing.
- Knowledgeable with manual and system-generated payroll processing.
- Experience in Human Resource Information System (Darwin box, Workday, etc.) is a PLUS
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Experience in mining industry is an advantage
- Can work with minimum supervision
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handles timekeeping, compensation and benefits.
- Administration of employees salaries and wages.
- In charge of accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Responsible in the processing and reporting of statutory benefits.
- Liaises and coordinates with the different government agencies related to employees statutory benefits.
