Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible in the Payroll and Timekeeping management of employees.

Job Assignment: Makati Head Office. 100% onsite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any related course or equivalent experience and training
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Payroll
  • Knowledgeable in Compensation & Benefits administration and related end-to-end processing.
  • Knowledgeable with manual and system-generated payroll processing.
  • Experience in Human Resource Information System (Darwin box, Workday, etc.) is a PLUS
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Experience in mining industry is an advantage
  • Can work with minimum supervision

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles timekeeping, compensation and benefits.
  • Administration of employees salaries and wages.
  • In charge of accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
  • Responsible in the processing and reporting of statutory benefits.
  • Liaises and coordinates with the different government agencies related to employees statutory benefits.
