Job Description

The HR Specialist role will provide a focused support in Talent Acquisition from sourcing and screening of candidates through to pre-employment and onboarding to ensure successful integration of new hires in the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Lead the activities around sourcing and pooling of candidates for vacancy requirements across the organization. Monitor internal and external job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews with hiring managers, facilitate reference checks.
  • Pre-Employment and Compliance: Ensure submission of complete pre-employment requirements including medical exam and securely manage 201 file of employees.
  • Onboarding: Liaise with concerned departments to ensure all tools are ready before the start date of new hires. Send welcome email and prepare welcome kit, send out company-wide new employee announcement.
  • Feedback and Analytics: Prepare monthly analytics reports on recruitment fill rate, attrition, and employee movement. Send 90-day feedback form to new hires to gauge new hire experience and ensure integration milestones are met.
  • Contract Management: Prepare necessary documents and ensure on-time renewal of contracts/service agreements with partner vendors.
  • PR/PO Processing: Prepare necessary PR and PO for all related transactions specifically on talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, and employee engagement activities.

Position Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related course
  • At least two (2) years related experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Must be proficient in Recruitment platforms
  • Proactive, able to multitask, Results-oriented
  • Can demonstrate a high level of energy and maintain stable performance under pressure
  • Adequate knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
