We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist - Employee Relations to join our team in the SEA region. This role will focus on managing employee relations issues, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide training and support to staff on employee relations topics and conflict resolution.
- Analyze employee feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in employee relations or human resources management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and employee management systems.
