Job Description: HR Specialist / Employee Relations Lead

Location:BGC (Onsite)

Work Schedule: Rotational / Shifting

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Specialist / Employee Relations Lead who will partner closely with employees and management to strengthen workplace culture, drive HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in employee relations, HR policy development, analytics, and stakeholder management—preferably in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues, disputes, and grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with management to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.

Policy Development & HR Advisory

  • Develop, revise, and implement HR policies, guidelines, and processes.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to propose HR solutions and frameworks.
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership on policy interpretation and compliance.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and internal HR capability-building materials.

Vendor & External Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with HR vendors and external partners.
  • Support initiatives related to employer branding, positioning, and recruitment marketing.

Compliance, Audit & Initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory labor requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and function-specific HR initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Law, or any related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar role—preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in BGC with a rotational/shifting schedule.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and reporting tools.
