Business Partnering (35%)

  • Provide Consulting services to Business Units as it relates to People Programs and policies, encompassing all areas of People Management
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
  • Ensure that peoples plans are aligned in the organizations directions in their designated business units/company.
  • Ensures that People plans are implemented in their designated business units/companies
  • Ensure efficient processing of People administration tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of organizational development initiatives and other company sponsored activities.

Performance Management (15%)

  • Determine Gaps and Priorities by analyzing data and patterns in areas of Performance Management
  • Ensure and monitor Performance Evaluations and that communication is well cascaded to their respective business units/company.
  • Maintain a comprehensive report for the results of Performance Evaluations of all employees in their designated business unit/company.
  • Provide advice and strategies to the Managers and Supervisors for employees with poor performance.

Learning and Development (15%)

  • Execute learning strategies and programs in coordination with the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Evaluate and Assess individual and organizational development needs and lead the implementation of employee development initiatives.
  • Assist the Managers in developing their employees career path and growth.
  • Determine Gaps and Priorities by analyzing data and patterns in areas of Learning and Development
  • Ensures that all employees pass through the complete onboarding cycle and training.

Employee Relations (20%)

  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Ensure that investigations are conducted effectively, thoroughly and with objectivity.
  • Ensure that legal and labor requirements related to day-to-day management of employees are met and reduce legal risks by ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with the Managers to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Work closely with Managers on employee issues by providing guidance on policy interpretation, open and direct communication, conflict resolution, and other conduct-related issues.
  • Manage all Labor complaints in a timely manner and that stakeholders are duly appraised of the situation by providing a report as well as a recommendation for action.
  • Maintain a comprehensive report for all Employee Relation cases in their designated business unit/company.

Employee Engagement (15%)

  • Develop strategies and programs to improve employee engagement.
  • Ensure communication is done on time and in full for Employee Engagements (Announcements, Greetings, Events, Contests)
  • Monitor employee turnover rate and recommend tactics to improve employee retention.
  • Create and implement engagement efforts such as workshops, town hall meetings, surveys or other engagement tools to establish the business unit/company's culture.
  • Manage all company initiated employee engagement activities (Parties, Events, Team Building) from planning, budgeting, preparation and execution in their designated business unit/company.
  • Track and Maintain a report for all employee engagement activities to be used for improvement and decision making.

Management Support

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of management reports
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Job Specifications

Education: Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management or its equivalent.

Experience: At least five (3) yrs. work experience in Human Resources, People Management and related fields
