Job Summary
Employee Benefits & Engagement HR Specialist is responsible for administering and enhancing employee benefits programs while developing initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture. This role ensures employees clearly understand and effectively access their benefits, and that engagement activities align with company values, HR policies, and business objectives. The specialist acts as a key liaison between employees, management, and external vendors to support workforce satisfaction, retention, and overall employee experience.

Skills & Competencies
Solid understanding of:
- Employee benefits programs (e.g., Leave benefits & Statutory benefits)
- Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements related to employee benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Knowledge of employee engagement frameworks, surveys, and metrics.
- Ability to analyze HR data related to benefits usage, employee satisfaction, and engagement trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address benefits-related issues and engagement gaps.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Creative mindset for developing engagement activities, campaigns, and programs.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably HR or related discipline
- 2 – 3 years of experience in HR or Administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office (Form, Excel), Canva
- Basic skills in poster design, photo editing, and video editing
