Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HMO enrollments, deletions, dependent updates, LOAs, reimbursements, and employee benefits inquiries.
  • Monitor and coordinate HR-related billings, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
  • Support office administration, vendor coordination, HR-issued items, and employee requests.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and documentation for audit and management review.
  • Assist in HR initiatives, employee engagement, compliance activities, and other HR operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR administration, employee services, or general HR support.
  • Experience in HMO administration, billings, vendor coordination, and statutory benefits is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
