What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, HR Business Partnering (HRBP) or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing employee data and performance metrics.
What will you do
Employee Relations And Retention
- Assisting on conducting surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with CSMs and HR teams to address employee concerns.
Onboarding And Orientation
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for new hires. Design and deliver onboarding programs that familiarize new employees.
Re-Ignite/Offboarding Program
- Support and facilitate the Re-Ignite program which create a transition process for employees who have been redundated but are eligible for re-profiling to new client roles.
- Support the team to create new programs to help the current program and make reports for the management.
Employee Support And Well-Being
- Promote initiatives that enhance work-life balance, mental health, and overall employee well-being.
Employee Communication And Feedback
- Support on organizing town halls, team-building events, and feedback sessions to encourage open dialogue, as needed.
People Success Metrics And Reporting
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to re-ignite program, onboarding and offboarding.
