Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is capable of end-to-end recruitment, employee file management, and policy development.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Write job specifications and create job postings in the company's online job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook)
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment
- Screen and invite promising applicants based on the hiring needs of the company
- Implement structured interviews and applicant testing.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
- Revisit the employee handbook and add or update policies in accordance with the demands of management and the labor code of the Philippines.
- Keep and organize the human resources files and employee records
- Conduct semi-annual job performance reviews.
- Conduct and send employees for training.
- Manage Employee Relations matters (release of Memorandums and Announcements)
- Other HR tasks as necessary
Qualifications
- An educational background related to human resources, psychology, or equivalent
- A certificate relevant to Human Resources is an advantage.
- A work experience in Human Resources or social media management is not required, but is an advantage.
- Familiarity with online job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn is not required, but is an advantage
- Must be highly organized
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Google Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to learn quickly and pay attention to details.
- Must be flexible, organized, and resourceful.
