Job Description

Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is capable of end-to-end recruitment, employee file management, and policy development.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Write job specifications and create job postings in the company's online job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook)
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment
  • Screen and invite promising applicants based on the hiring needs of the company
  • Implement structured interviews and applicant testing.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
  • Revisit the employee handbook and add or update policies in accordance with the demands of management and the labor code of the Philippines.
  • Keep and organize the human resources files and employee records
  • Conduct semi-annual job performance reviews.
  • Conduct and send employees for training.
  • Manage Employee Relations matters (release of Memorandums and Announcements)
  • Other HR tasks as necessary

Qualifications

  • An educational background related to human resources, psychology, or equivalent
  • A certificate relevant to Human Resources is an advantage.
  • A work experience in Human Resources or social media management is not required, but is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with online job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn is not required, but is an advantage
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Google Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and pay attention to details.
  • Must be flexible, organized, and resourceful.
