Job Description

  • Sourcing & Advertising: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, job boards), and create/post engaging job ads.
  • Hiring Partnering: Collaborate with Sales Team to define job requirements, interview schedules, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and organize in-person interviews.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional experience.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide weekly reports on, progress.
  • Offer Management: Assist with offer negotiations, reference checks, and the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development
  • Management or any related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Preferably a resident of Meycauayan and Marilao, Bulacan
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
