Job Description

Sourcing & Advertising: Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, job boards), and create/post engaging job ads.
Hiring Partnering: Collaborate with Sales Team to define job requirements, interview schedules, and ideal candidate profiles.
Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and organize in-person interviews.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional experience.
Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide weekly reports on, progress.
Offer Management: Assist with offer negotiations, reference checks, and the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
