About Us
Rua Seguridad Corp. is a proudly Filipino-owned, ISO-certified leader in thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions. Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the companys performance management system.
- Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs).
- Track implementation of development activities and evaluate outcomes.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote motivation, collaboration, and retention.
- Design, administer, and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and competencies.
- Coordinate training programs to address identified needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- With at least 2 years work experience, preferably in the facets of Admin and/or Training
- Confident to communicate across all levels within the organization
- Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
